TheMedBubble is a peer-to-peer wellness community, not a medical service. Content shared by other members — journal entries, Bubble posts, comments, and direct messages — represents personal opinions and experiences, not professional medical advice. Do not rely on TheMedBubble for diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making. Always consult appropriately licensed professionals.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not: post identifying information about patients (Protected Health Information), harass other users, impersonate someone else, post unlawful or sexually explicit content, or attempt to access the Service in unauthorized ways.
"Medically Verified" badges are issued based on information you provide. Misrepresenting your credentials may result in account suspension and removal of the badge.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of user-generated content, or compatibility with any particular device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheMedBubble is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
